Come and Share our Stories,

Charlie and I met over twenty years ago. He wanted to marry me but I did not believe it was in God's timing for me. I moved from the Huon in Tasmania to take up an appointment in Hobart. We met up again several years later and married on 25th March 1995

About Rosemary

I am the elder of the second family. My Father Fred Perrott married my mother Constance McBair after my dad's first wife died leaving him with three children. I was born on 31st March 1937 at Mudgee, N.S.W. and my childhood was spent on a sheep property owned by my father. The farm was sold and the family moved to Northern N.S.W. onto a banana plantation. During this period I was at Boarding school in Armidale.

Charlie and I
I am a priest with the Anglican Church and Charlie has been involved with the Uniting Church. We attend both denominations for worship. Usually the Anglican service in the morning and the Uniting in the evening.

About Charlie

Charlie has lived at Judbury in the Huon area all his life and has been a farmer. His father died when he was 9 years old. The Russell river and Russell National park are named after his family.
